According to state law, the time to request an absentee or early mail ballot on-line or through the mail for the November 5th General Election has now expired. Absentee or early mail-in ballots may still be requested in person at the Board of Elections located at 134 West Eagle Street, Buffalo, New York up until Monday, November 4, 2023, the day prior to the election.
